In 2016, LFZ began releasing a cassette series of primitive synthesizer recordings entitled, "Sketches of Jupiter" in criminally low quantities. The recordings were all centered around trance improvisation on the Roland JP-08 and committed to analog tape using myriad cassette recorders of varying quality. The result -an insiders approach to outsider music- was then bestowed upon the Earth in custom marbleized cassette shells, no two alike with 100% of proceeds benefiting relevant charities. "Sketches of Jupiter Vol. 1," originally released in an edition of 12 copies, is the first of a five volume set of ep's getting their debut worldwide distribution with graceful sonic enhancement by Yohei Shikano and includes an early improvised version of "Cryptomnesia," of which a slick mulitracked rendition was featured on LFZ's Castle Face full length, "Name Plus Focus."
